Master Bell's Philosophy

Taekwondo training strengthens the body while at the same time a practitioner is learning to respect, gains in self confidence and discipline. Taekwondo is hard work but the benefits are well worth it. A practitioner can train their whole life no matter what age for health or self defense reasons. I have practiced because I have always enjoyed it.

History of Bell's Taekwondo Academy

The school actually got its start in 1995 when our family moved to Forney Texas. At that time I was teaching and training anywhere that we had room. We would practice in the backyard, the family room, the garage, just wherever  we could. In 1999 we had a built a building for a second garage on our lot. I looked at that and thought someday this could become our dojang. In 2008 I officially made it our school and that is where we train. The school is not a state of  the art facility. It is actually rough in texture but there is a reason for that. My students do not pay to train and learn, I give that for free. I just want to give back to the art that has given to me.
